It is important to know where major traffic path ways lie. You also need to know if paddle boards are permitted in these areas.
It’s also a good idea to bring a friend along for added safety. If you are paddling by yourself, let someone know where you’ll be paddle boarding and when you expect to return. These can be more suitable for paddle boarding.
