This was a really beautiful part of the island of North Uist with a lovely protected bay which was just over the sand dune from the Balranald Campsite where we stayed. The facilities were fairly new and nice and clean. The campsite also had camping pods which we had to retreat to after our tent met with some strong Hebredian winds and we snapped a pole!
